About Us

Paws-Restart was launched in 2020, a small animal rescue service inspired by the desire to give abandoned older dogs, often forgotten in shelters, a second chance in life. Our vision was to rescue, rehabilitate, and find loving forever homes for abandoned dogs, regardless of their age or circumstances. Our commitment to their well-being does not end with rescue; we work tirelessly to provide proper medical care, nourishment, and training to ensure their successful reintegration into loving forever homes.

As the years passed, we attracted a supportive community that generously donated resources, opened their homes to foster animals in need, and volunteered their time and skills for the good of a great cause. Local businesses also recognised the importance of Paws-Restart's mission, providing vital support in medical care, supplies, and services. Through our collective efforts, Paws-Restart made a significant impact, saving lives, addressing behavioural issues, and finding loving families for these deserving creatures. Our success surpassed expectations, with over 500 dogs given a new lease on life. Today, Paws-Restart stands as a beacon of hope — a testament that the transformative power of compassion and collective action, can inspire us all to bring positive change to those in need.
